
Centre of Excellence for Cutflowers
The Centre of Excellence for Cutflowers, established under the National Horticulture Mission (NHM)/Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH), is a flagship Indo-Israel collaborative initiative launched and successfully operational since its completion in 2017.
Specializing in roses under poly greenhouses and dracaena under shade nets, the center focuses on high-quality cut flowers, filler crops, cut foliage, and ornamental plants. Key varieties include roses, carnations, gerberas, orchids, chrysanthemums, and a wide range of indoor and outdoor ornamentals.
Technologies adopted from Israel enhance productivity and quality, promoting modern floriculture practices in India.
